Music4Kids Scholarship Agreement

We are offering you a scholarship for a weekly Kindermusik class. This scholarship is for the tuition portion of your membership fee.

We pay a monthly fee to Kindermusik for each child enrolled in Kindermusik Village or Kindermusik Level 1-4 (currently, there is no monthly fee charged by Kindermusik for Level 5 students). The fee comes to about $10 each month, and we ask you to cover this monthly fee if you can. If you are unable to pay the $10 each month, please let us know in the comments section below.

Scholarship Requirements:

$10 monthly fee must be paid on time each month. It will be automatically charged to your card on file, but if your payment is declined you must provide a working card number before the 10th of the month.
The scholarship recipient family must attend class regularly each week.
If the family cannot attend a class due to illness or emergency, attendance must be canceled online prior to the class and a reason provided for the absence.
When the family's finances have improved and they are able to pay for their classes, they will inform Music4Kids that they are able to release the scholarship for another family that needs it.

Should these requirements not be met, the scholarship may be redirected to another family in need.

I understand and agree - I will be billed for and will pay the $10 per month to cover the fees charged to Music4Kids by Kindermusik for each student enrolled.

Scholarship Check-ins

I understand that Music4Kids contacts all scholarship recipients periodically to ask if they still need this scholarship or are able to release it for another family to use.

Release of Scholarship

I agree to notify Music4Kids as soon as my finances improve, and I am able to pay for Kindermusik classes. This will release my scholarship to be available for other Kindermusik families in need.

Scholarship Requirements

I understand and agree: To continue to receive this scholarship I must pay the $10 fee on time each month and attend regularly. If we must miss a class, I agree to cancel my attendance online prior to the class and indicate the reason for the cancellation.
